ASSIST

ASSIST.org is California's official transfer and articulation system. It helps students determine course-to-course equivalencies, General Education (GE) requirements, major preparation, and CSU-transferable courses between California Community Colleges and San José State University.

ASSIST is primarily used by:

• California Community College students planning to transfer to SJSU.
• Current SJSU students taking courses at a California Community College to satisfy degree requirements.
• Prospective transfer students and academic advisors who want to verify course-to-course equivalencies, General Education (GE) requirements, and CSU-transferable courses before enrolling.

Note: These tools are intended as planning resources only and do not replace an official transfer credit evaluation, which is completed after students are admitted and submit final transcripts.
