EOP Town Hall takes place just before the start of classes and attendance is mandatory for all new and continuing EOP students, each semester.
At Town Hall, you will:
- Receive important information about EOP requirements and expectations
- Get updates on EOP and SJSU resources that support your success
- Connect with the EOP staff and community
FALL 2025 EOP TOWN HALL REGISTRATION IS OPEN!
Date: Tuesday, August 19, 2025
Times: In-person 10am - 11:30am, virtual 2pm - 3:30pm
NEW EOP STUDENTS (ADMITTED FALL 2025):

All new first-time, first-year (FTFY) and new Transfer students are required to attend Session 1, in-person
- Refer to your email for instructions on how to complete Town Hall if you will be unable to attend for known and planned reasons in advance
CONTINUING 2ND YEAR+ STUDENTS:

May attend either the in-person or virtual session
SESSION 1
10:00am – 11:30am
In-person, Morris Dailey Auditorium
- Event check-in will be held from 9:15am - 9:50am

- Registration will close when capacity is reached
The first 400 students to check in will receive a free limited edition EOP shirt and EOP backpack that will only be available at the in-person event.
SESSION 2
2:00pm – 3:30pm
Virtual, Zoom
