WHY? To map paths to graduation, including the ability to modify plans and recalculate your projected graduation date.

WHEN? At least once a semester: every time you earn a course credit and before registering for classes.

An interactive course schedule planning tool

WHY? To explore course schedule possibilities that accommodate your scheduling needs.

WHEN? Every semester before and during your registration window.

MyProgress

A tool to calculate and display your progress towards degree

WHY? To make sure you’re on track to graduate and to help choose classes.

WHEN? At least once a semester: every time you earn a course credit and before registering for classes.

Check Enrollment Appointment 

View your enrollment appointment and registration holds

WHY? To plan the course schedule before your enrollment appointment begins.

WHEN? Midway through your current semester for the upcoming semester.

Final Exam Schedules

Check final exam schedules for each of your classes

WHY? To plan for the timing of your final exams, which can be held at different locations and times from class.

WHEN? Once your class schedule is finalized for the current term.

HOW? Sign in to one.sjsu.edu and search for Final Exams. Click on the Class Schedule tile.

Writing and Math Requirements

Complete first-year writing and math requirements

WHY? To meet the GE areas for Written Communication and Math/Quantitative Reasoning requirements in your first year.

WHEN? During your first and second semesters of enrollment (first-time, first-year admits). For more information, contact the Advising Center for your college.

Upper Division Writing Directed Self-Placement

Fill out the FAFSA or CA Dream Act Application
